I'm looking for a movie that is about some guy that is trying to avoid the police or something. There's this young girl and her family gets killed. The man finds her and helps her out. They live in his apartment and become really good friends. At the end the man dies in an explosion inside a building I think. The girl takes the mans plant and plants it is some park or something. It's an action movie I think. It must be from the 90s -early 2000s.
