I am looking for a classic movie about a father who is trying to pay for his daughters wedding. There is a part of the movie where he buys a string of pearls and hides them in an oyster can and the maid throws the can out with the trash. Him and the neighbor go to the city dump to look for the oyster can. It's a comedy and in B & W There is also a part of the movie where his neighbor is always borrowing from him
