Hi everyone! Please please help me find this drama that I’ve been looking for years if you know it!! It’s an asian drama (not sure which country it’s from) about the life of a single mother who finds love again. Her lover/eventual husband is her boss/higher up at the company she begins working at. It’s like a rich guy/poor girl story and there was a plot twist towards the end of the tv show where she (lead female) finds out that she has sort of cancer as she is pregnant with her husband’s child. Her husband tries to convince her to not go through with the pregnancy because the doctor needs to operate on her as soon as possible if she wants to survive, but she doesn’t want to end the pregnancy and kill the baby. So she decides to take a risk and wait for their baby to be born (which happened) and she survived too! This is all I remember from the drama, but please help me find it! Thank you so much!!!
