I'm looking for a Chinese drama. The main character (she is about late teens when the drama starts)'s parents die; she walks into the room and they're being targeted for an assassination, and she tries to save them, but they delay the assassins long enough that she makes it out. I believe she is also skilled in martial arts. She ends up pretending to be the child of a peasant rural couple and lives in the countryside. This is one of those dramas with a lot of bright pink makeup, too. Her teacher accidentally told the king that he is in love with her (he's not, he just said it to avoid taking a wife), and the king issues an imperial edict that she has to marry her teacher. Also, in the meantime, some loan shark that her adopted parents borrowed from is trying to trade their loan for her hand in marriage.
There's also a medical element, one of her fellow disciples also enters the palace and helps out medically and does acupuncture, too. There is also a prince with an incurable illness.
