I'm looking for a movie I saw a long time ago, probably on Hallmark Channel. I've tried to google it, but no result! It is a period drama, I would say 19th century America (they definitely used carriages). I don't think I've seen the ending, at least I don't remember it. But what I do remember is this: Teenage girl befriends an older man, he visits her frequently, asks her to marry him, she agrees, they marry and she moves to his house. When she says goodbye to her mother after the wedding, the mother warns her of the "first night". I think he took her by force, she had a baby, and later she looks through the window at other girls her age that still go to school, she is unhappy. That's all I could remember. I really want to know how it ends. By reading through this page I've noticed that "Oldest living Confederate widow tells all" has a similar plot, but that's not the one!
