Title Help

Trying to find the title of a film that aired on TCM, filmed sometime in the 40s - 60s. Black and white film.
It's set in the late Victorian/early Edwardian period. There's some dispute about an inheritance between an elderly woman and her two brothers. One brother wants to use the money for some sort of nefarious business or political venture that, I think, he manages to talk his siblings into. There's a side-story about the young lady of the house being in love with a neighbor boy, and they go upstate by train to bring her father back home. The father is then poisoned by the elderly woman (an aunt, maybe?) so he won't get the inheritance.
It's all jumbled and fuzzy, but I do remember there being something about a nosy neighbor next door who played piano with the windows open.
