I can never think of this tittle.
It's a older lifetime film about a childless couple who fakes a pregnancy. They scope out a train station and bring home a pregnant Hispanic girl in their home. After the girl gives birth she leaves the baby with them temporarily to go visit family I think. While she's gone the lady who's faking her pregnancy has her husband cut her stomach to make it appear as a ceasearian section scar. She invites her mother to come see the new baby and she shows her her scar her mother finds it odd how big the baby looks and his skin complexion looks a little dark. When the real mother returns back to the house she finds the baby and when she changes his diaper she notices they had circumcised him then she sees the couple and she notices the lady is not wearing her padded belly plate so she asks her if she had the baby eventually there is a alternation in a fight in the backyard in the lake or the couple is trying to kill the young mother and push her in the lake but in the long run if the couple who died young mother and baby is safe
