Ok so i’m Currently 14 and when I was younger I remember this tv channel broadcasting this Asian drama (can’t really remember what Aisian country it was) we’ll let me get into the details of what it went like
There was this fiancé driving (I forgot either going to his job or going back to his fiancée) and there was this other stranger driving, but they were going different lanes, since they were driving on a highway an ocean was next to them. All of a sudden they get into a car crash both fall in the ocean and exchange souls. And so, they both didn’t realize that and then that’s when my memory fails me :(( I can’t remember if they went to a hospital or not I just remember them almost drowning and then them back in there homes. Since the finance had a fiancée to go home to he went back with the stranger’s body. The fiancée freaked out and threatened to call the police on him, he got confused and kept telling her that he was her fiancé. But then I think she fell in love with the stranger at the end
