I watched this movie years ago. What I remember is it was set about 1960s and I believe the main actress had a Brit accent. Unsure. She is very eccentric and different. She finds men on the streets that are heartbroken and brings them into her home and heals them. They fall in love with her in the end and she sends them away at that point. We only see the story of one particular man she does this with. They met in a park like setting. I remember she uses the phrase "Hurry, hurry, tick, tick" referring to people not being able to just be in the moment. Thats all I can remember. It was basically a rom-com in technicolor.
