I googled "Korean movie about twin brother violinists" and this came up...Circle Korean drama Ep1 on you tube. Plus I googled "Chinese movie about twin brother violists" and a lot of movies came up. I did not watch the Korean one, but I remember seeing it advertised for awhile as a very dramatic series. Hope you find it.
