It was set during one of the World wars in a temporary war hospital in a Manor House. There was a young man who was so traumatised he couldn’t speak anymore. I’m pretty sure this man had dark hair. His commanding officer was recuperating in the same place having lost both his legs. The commanding officer manages to convince the young man to help him commit suicide. The young man had carried his commanding officer to safety back when they were fighting.
