A 1980s/90s lifetime movie. A woman who is posing/faking as pregnant and her husband pick up a young single pregnant woman at the bus station offering to help her but plan to steal her baby once its born and pass it on as their own, after the babys born the couple talk the young mother to leave the baby in their care for a few days, the womans mother is coming to see her grandchild so her husband cuts a cesarian section scar on the woman, but the young mother returns early and finds her baby and notices they circumsized her son and sees the woman without her pregnant belly,
