I'm trying to find a movie (either made in the 30's or 40's, I suspect 40's) about a brother and sister who find themselves in need of money, so the sister marries a wealthy man. The sister, a beautiful flirtatious woman, spends all of her time frolicking about hitting on other guys. Her brother goes off to war and dies, she's devastated. She gets knocked up and goes into hiding because she loathes the idea of being pregnant. The marriage erodes over time. She stays beautiful well into her later years until she falls terribly ill and it ages her rapidly.
