This movie is from the 1990s. I think it is based in the 60s or 70s. But an abusive mother forces her son to wear girl's clothes this causes him to be an outcast at school. Somehow at the end I remember he stops wearing girl's clothes combs his hair and wears a man's brown leather jacket. Any help please.
