This is a stretch I know, it's an old black and white movie where two young are in an orphanage ran by a nun. It had a country side surrounding. At one point their is a dramatic scene were the nun cuts one girls hair off as a punishment. Another scene is the girls are forced to stand In the rain all night which leads to one girl getting sick and dies
