Chinese drama from the early 90s. I think it was from TVB Hong Kong. There is a scene where a little boy (between the ages of about 3-5 years old) was playing in his room and then he accidentally fell out of a window. His mom screamed when she found him laying on the sidewalk unconscious and bleeding from his head. The next scene the little boy was in the hospital and his mom was crying.
