Title Help

I am trying to find the title of a book I read many years ago. I can't recall the author or the title, but I can remember several details. It was published anywhere from 10 to 20 years ago, it's a Romance novel,could even be considered erotica, it's set in Scotland, about 2 rival clans, and the daughter of one clan is betrothed to the head of the other, and there is some political issues going on between them and other countries, the book cover shows a woman lying in bed, her hand touching the chest of a man standing next to it. I'm not sure, but I believe the title may have the words fire, flame, or red in it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
