Title Help

I am looking for 2 romance novels, actually 3 and i can not remember the name or title. One is about a girl who is a tomboy, and she is trying to catch this man (but he hates her) and she asked the forman to her ranch to help teach her. They soon fall in love. the other man kidnaps her sister and trys to force her to marry him.
The 2nd is about a man that lost his leg in the civil war, he has a horse named banner and falls in love with the woman who nurses her back.
and last but not least, the only thing i remember about the book, is that a man named lynx was the main character
