There was a movie when a man and a woman drive to the beach and they just so happen to get in an arguement. Then later on she is killed by a guy because he slapped her over and over. He is on the phone explaining what he did to her and it shows the flashback of him slapping her until she falls and he licks or kisses her lip that is bruised. I think her name is julie. I just remember the guy saying and that's when I got her. It might be from the 2000s. Please help.
