I watched a film on ITunes last year about a girl (either Irish or British) who has always carried a flame for a cousin that she only sees at family weddings or funerals. The cousin is a geologist who ends up getting injured by an explosion. Her family convinces her to marry or move in with a man from her little town and she is miserable. I think she runs away to the cousin and they are in love but she gets a letter from home saying her husband tried to kill himself so she goes back promising the cousin that its only for a few days. It ends up being months and the cousin comes looking for her and she sends him away at first then decides that she is going to go back to him. I think the name of the movie is a man's name (the cousin's). TIA!
