Title Help

I am looking for the title of this movie I saw probably in 2001 it's a story about a rich spoiled boy that fell in love with a girl who came with her mom to live with them over the summer. I think her mom either was married to his dad and they were step siblings or her mom was the help. I do remember the first time the girl met the boy he came on a boat with another girl with him. I know they pretended to hate each other at first but later fell inlove. They had a,wild summer romance and I believe at the end of the movie she ended up being pregnant and she found it very difficult to tell her mom how she got pregnant and by whom. But at the end the parents where very accepting. I am not sure if it's an hallmark movie but I do know I saw it on cable Nov of 2001. Please help!!!
