I've watched a movie 6-7 years ago, it was a foreign movie (sounded like northern European ) about a woman whose husband got in some accident and ended up in a wheelchair, unable to move or speak. She started having sex with random men and she was convinced that her paralyzed husband wants her to do so. It was a very long and weird movie and I wish I could find the title.
