Young Dr. K has some of the same story elements, but in the movie I'm referring to the doctor isn't really young. He is established and successful in his own clinic. The woman in the movie finds out she's pregnant and tries to kill herself because she is unwed. The doctor lies to her and tells her the results were a mistake and she is not pregnant. He marries her because they fall in love but also to save her life. Thanks for trying. Any other guesses?
