Can not remember the name of the movie. Watched it when I was younger on turner classic movie channel. Thinking in the 1950'-1960's . Girl in her teens lives with her mom in a small town. She has a boyfriend and they go to this make out hill where other teens go. She gets upset with him and runs and jumps in the river. Then clip shows a bunch of guys running from the cars over the hill to save her. She is sent away to get help for her breakdown . She ends up dating either the therapist or another patient at the facility she's at. Her and her boyfriend go visit Her mother and also stop and visit the old boyfriend who is now me mechanic married to a Hispanic pregnant wife and already they have a son.
