There was a movie, possibly made for t.v., made in the 1980s probably that is set in World War II. It is about a girl who attends an all girls boarding school. It is set in the English countryside and she meets a boy. They find an abandoned house in the woods and spend their free time fixing the house. I remember them painting the house and using tape on the windows to fix them. Specifically, a scene where they stencil the walls. Anyway, I do not remember the ending, except it was sad. I loved this movie as a kid and would love to find it again. Thanks.
