I watched a movie in about 1990-1998 and it was about a brother and sister were separated when they were just little and then they grow up in separate villages. one day the girl was getting ready for a ceremony of some sort with a veil (not a wedding) and was traveled to a village on a boat with other women and when she reaches the other village there are people standing around with torches lining the path to the tent where the man she is to sleep with is waiting. they have sex and fall in love but she later realizes that its her brother she has been looking for her whole life. cannot remember the name for the life of me! i watched it with my mom and she wants to watch it again!
