this movie I watched about 15 years ago. it is set in a countryside area. I believe there is a duchess, or a lady of high status, was coming to the countryside and the fellow that resides that despises her and at one point of the movie he is throwing knives of a painting of her in a barn or shed of some sort. she is dressed up as a man most of the movie. they hate each other but then soon fall in love.
