Possibly late 70's early 80's.
Setting: quiet rural town
Poor farm teenage girl willingly sleeps with all the local boys regularly; until she meets a new boy & they fall in love . The new couple are seriously in love , he doesn't even care about her sexual history & they only want To be with each other unfortunately the local boys aren't going to stop having sex with her even if it means they force her.
