I saw this movie when I was a kid. It is for the 50's . The daughter gets pregnant so the family leaves when they come back they tell everyone the baby is the mothers (the real mothers sister) the baby gets seriously hurt and the doctor will only allow the mother in to see the child. The real mother goes in and this is when everyone knows the truth.
