Hey... I watched this film in the 90s and I only remember random parts so I would appreciate the help.
A teenage girls mother dies, she also has a younger brother and the dad is about to remarry. So the girl starts to rebel by dyeing her hair blue and also quitting swimming which is her passion, she also covers up the memorial painting her mother done of a mermaid in her bedroom with magazine pictures but in the end she has a meltdown and rips all the images off.
Please help I've been trying to find this for years. Thanks.
