Thank you but I know it's not Tammy and the Bachelor (as I know that movie and my mind is not that far gone - LOL). It is in fact a black and white movie and the little girl is closer to 10 years old (maybe 12). It was probably set between 1920 and 1940. For some reason I keep thinking of her in pigtails (long hair/dark and curly). Anybody have any other thoughts.
