Title Help

Hi guys I'm trying to figure out the title of a movie I watched when I was younger and I can't remember exact details but all I remember is it being an all black movie and it's a horror movie and I remember it being like the uncle came over and talking to the mom and niece and the uncle says something and the neice goes Fashizzle Mah nizzle and snaps her fingers with like an attitude and the mom I think says to the u clue to no teach her that. and then later in the movie the neice goes missing and they go into a evil house that is flashing with lights in the inside and the uncle goes in and I can't remember if he is the one who dies or if it was someone else. and I remember a couple more people going in the house. and that's all I can remember.
