I started watching this film which was featured on a pbs telethon around 2012 or 2013 where it takes place in colonial America or American Revolution. The main heroine has a baby and the real father comes back to marry her. he is accused of being a bad man or is on trial of some sort, but the Heroine defends him, saying what a could man he is and how he'll be back. I looked on pbs website and could not find the name to finish watching it. It's not Liberty! It looks like the plot is centred on some sort of revolutionary war with redcoats! Please help, thanks
