It is a movie or mini series that came out in the 2000's I believe about a woman who lives in California, lives a great life until she finds out she is pregnant. So, she must find a rich guy to marry before she has the baby. She uses the help of her best friend to find the one. In the meantime, she has to clean houses on the bad side of town.
SIDE NOTE: If this helps... I remember one scene where the main character has her best friend tap her with a car in front of the prominent bachelor and he takes her out to eat after the whole "accident"
