A Japanese drama about a women who was abandoned by her mother as a small child because she was blind and too hard to care for. The young women goes on to marry another blind person whom she meets at some sort of concert for people with disabilities (she was playing the piano). They have a sighted child. She begins delving further into a possible career having to do with music and begins to loose sight (no pun intended) of what is important to her. But in the end she realizes that her husband and son come before anything else in her life. I believe there might also be some sort of reconciliation with her mother as well.
