60's or 70's movie, the mother, grandmother, daughter live in England or new England on an island away from people. Her father and his new wife came to visit. She would always talking to her fish in the tank. She killed the delivery boy when they went on a boat ride. then she killed her mother and grandmother the father caught and was fighting the mysterious killer and found out it was her with half her long blonde hair cut off. Then he remembered he had a son not a daughter. The mother was giving their son shot to make the son a girl. Who know the name of the movie, and who where the actors.
