Title Help

I am looking for the title of a movie. It's been a long time since is seen it but i remember a college couple has a baby and they live in a family dorm type place that they got through the college, I believe the mother leaves and the father has to take care of the baby and go to school. Then the school finds out its just him and the baby and then they try to take the apartment from him because it's only for "families" one day the baby gets sick and the dad runs the the drug store to get medicine and the lady from the school sees him and she has a change of heart and decides to let him keep the apartment. I've been dying to watch this movie for months now but I don't know the title of it. Please help! I believe the college was maybe Harvard.
