there was a movie about a crime scene on a bridge and then this girl goes out to see what happened or something and then she doesnt return. after many years the father of the girl or the uncle hires a detective to see what happened to the girl. it ends up the girl is alive and she left cause her father liked raped her or abused her. so her father is the bad guy and tries to kill the detective in his basement or whatever it is
