I think its black and white. Woman marries doctor but is in love with someone else and has affair. They move to Asia where the doctor stays very busy working and the unhappy wife finally finds gratifying work at an orphanage and falls in love with her husband. Wife has a male friend who introduces her to the nuns and orphanage, who I thought was George Sanders, but can't find it in any of his movies. Please help I want to watch again! Thank you!!!
