Hi, I am looking for a film late 80's early 90's that is about a young boy who falls in love with an older women. All I can remember is that she lived in a one room apartment, I think under a bridge. The boy always had to walk down a stone stairway where at the bottom was her front door. I think he wrote poetry for her. There was a song playing in the background that had the Lyrics: There was a boy, a enchanted boy" Pretty song that sticks in my head but there the only words I can remember. It always seemed to be dark or raining when he visited her. I know there's not a lot to go on, but any suggestions would be appreciated.
