Hi, I'm trying to find the name of this film that I saw many years ago, have seen it twice but can't think what the name is.
It starts off in the second world war where a brother and sister get separated when their father tries to sneak them out of Germany but ends up getting shot, the sister stays in Germany till she ends up going to America, the brother ends up in Paris and gets married, there's a painting involved which ends up in America. Basically years later in the 1990s the brother and sister end up finding one another via their children who go to school together. Sorry for the lack of detail but I'd love to find this film again, anyone have any clue what this is called or I'm on about? lol
