I'm trying to remember the name of a movie I was watching over ten years ago while channel surfing. It has a woman who lived with her dad. She had a best friend whose brother had a crush on her. She leaves her home and moves in with him. She catches him being with another woman and visits her cousin who lost a leg in an explosion (I can't remember if he was mining or building a road or something). Her lover cuts his leg off at the mill to get her back and she is drug back to take care of him. The movie ends with her answering the door and leaving with her cousin who she has always loved. I don't know what year it was set it, and I don't remember what part of the UK is was in either. Thank you for any help.
